The Role: We are seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in financial sector recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for clients in the financial sector, from sourcing to placement. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor. Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ recruitment needs and advise them on the best talent solutions. Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, and Cyber Security.
