CRM Specialist

About the Role The CRM Data Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support strategic business decisions. She is also responsible for the definition and implementation of database marketing campaigns (with a specific focus on audience definition and implementation). She/he also supports and assists both HQ and Subsidiaries colleagues with Salesforce training, analyses, and local campaigns. Responsibilities Transforming data into actionable insights; Definition/production of dashboards, reports, and analyses to support business decisions; Customer database management and monitoring; Customers and database analyses to profile better our customers/potentials and to define marketing campaigns/business strategies. Work closely with campaign & marketing teams in the definition and implementation of database campaigns and customer journeys (with a specific focus on audiences); Assist other colleagues (both in HQ or in local Subsidiaries) in Salesforce training, analyses, and local campaigns; Development of reports useful to the Retail team for shop activities; Monitoring KPI newsletters and creating mailing lists; Support to the definition of CRM Technological Architecture. Required Skills Strong knowledge of SQL, excel and Power Point are mandatory; Strong knowledge of SalesForce Marketing Cloud and web analytics; Analytical skills; A Customer-driven orientation with a passion for retail across all channels; Attention to detail, effective communication, ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment; Good project management skills including excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization; Flexibility and adaptability; Propensity to taking initiative: anticipating instead of reacting; Strong interpersonal skills, team player with the ability to work autonomously.
