WelcomeToCognizantWe have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a PM We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Customer Service Management and Maximo Anywhere. Experience in Research and Development is a plus. This hybrid role requires the candidate to work during the day shift. No travel is required. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee all aspects of projects including setting deadlines assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and any issues that may arise. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks. Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and up to date. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Monitor and report on project progress ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of any changes. Manage project risks and issues developing mitigation plans as necessary. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and customer expectations. Utilize Customer Service Management skills to enhance project outcomes and customer satisfaction. Apply Maximo Anywhere expertise to streamline project processes and improve efficiency. Collaborate with Research and Development teams to integrate innovative solutions into projects. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Customer Service Management with proven experience in project management. Demonstrate expertise in Maximo Anywhere with the ability to apply this knowledge to project tasks. Experience in Research and Development is highly desirable and will be considered a strong asset. Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Show strong leadership and team management abilities with a focus on achieving project goals. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Possess a proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Be adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Show a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Be proficient in project management software and tools with the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 which will be considered an advantage. Certifications Required PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Why Cognizant?
