TELL ME MORE As our Kitchen Helper you'll be supporting our team of chefs with prepping meals and making sure that all deliveries are stored correctly. You'll be responsible for the cleanliness of our kitchen and help with dishwashing, so that we never run out of clean plates. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Be the right hand: You'll assist our Kitchen team with prepping, cutting and cooking for all of our different services, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Delivery and waste hero: You'll be responsible for handling all incoming deliveries of goods from suppliers, storing them and ensuring proper separation of waste. Keep things shiny: You'll follow the deep cleaning schedule, ensuring that our Living Kitchen looks spotless at all times. WHAT MAKES OUR KITCHEN UNIQUE? You won't hide in the background. You'll get to work in an open kitchen environment with plenty of space and natural daylight. You can have good conversations with visitors. You're the face of the kitchen and will get to directly chat with our guests. You'll get to know the entire team. You'll be in close contact with our front of house and the entire Zoku team. You'll work in a unique kitchen setup. We're not like your average kitchen (feel free to stop by our rooftop to see for yourself). You'll be encouraged to work with fresh and seasonal ingredients. Have experience in working in a kitchen or stewarding. Continuously improve processes, applying our 'Always Beta' mentality. Are genuinely friendly, pro-active and open. Are eager to get the best out of themselves and their peers. A FEW MUST HAVES You have first experience working in a kitchen You are fluent in french, english and other languages are a plus You are an EU resident or have a valid French working permit You have experience with implementing the local HACCP guidelines. You are fully flexible, with no fixed working days / hours and are available full-time (39 hours).
