IT Service Manager - Part or Full Time

Our team is seeking a talented IT Manager to join our dynamic worldwide team. As a vital part of our IT department, you will be responsible and the main contact for managing IT business needs. Your role will involve resolving technical issues, leading IT projects and managing European offices IT equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, knowledge of project management; Troubleshoot IT technical issues and provide first-line technical support. Manage European offices IT, including procurement, inventory management, and maintenance. Be the entry point contact for new IT tools and IT platforms needs. Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects and initiatives. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, mobile devices, and software applications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Proven experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles is preferred. Proven experience in IT project management is preferred. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications. Experience with Mobile Device Management and configuring policies are a plus. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and technologies is preferred. Prior experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred. Travel to other office locations within Europe will be required in this role.
