NYC represents practical urban minimalism — crafted with the finest Italian textiles and made in Europe. “The Wholesale Assistant will play a key role in supporting the sales team in executing sales campaigns, organizing showroom appointments, and assisting with overall sales administration. Support Organization of Sales Campaigns & Showrooms: Prepare and send invitations to wholesale customers for showroom appointments, sales campaigns, and events. Prepare selling tools, such as iPads, for the sales team to use during showroom appointments. Showroom Sales: Customer Reception: Welcome customers to the showroom and lead them through product presentations and showroom appointments. Sales Administration: Respond to wholesale customer inquiries, providing product information, order updates, and resolving any issues promptly. Product Information: Send product libraries, recommended retail prices (RRPs), and markdown calendars to customers. At least 1-2 years of experience in wholesale administration is preferred. Analytical Skills: Ability to work with data, track stock levels, and identify trends. Fluent in English and French (additional languages highly appreciated). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ;
