About You: Experience in complaints handling or problem-solving customer service. Excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbal. Strong analytical and investigative skills. Respond to complaints clearly and professionally, ensuring all concerns are addressed. Work with colleagues to ensure efficient complaint handling and adherence to procedures.
