Job Description

Aftermarket Manager Industrial Machinery Jet Park A supplier of industrial machinery to mines and industry requires the services of an Aftermarket Manager Job purpose : To manage the aftermarket activities that includes a Team Lead Operations, Service Technicians, Service Administrator and to ensure that divisional plans for the Aftermarket products and services are achieved. Ensure that adequate controls are in place to secure company vehicles and other assets allocated to the aftermarket division Ensure that adequate controls are in place to secure Company vehicles and other assets allocated to the aftermarket division. Ensure that all work done by the service staff meet the requirements in accordance with the Companys Quality Management System. Ensuring that Company work Instructions and procedures are developed, followed and implemented. To ensure that staff comply with all Health and Safety requirements in the execution of their duties. Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that all activities are customer centric and value adding. Ensure that WIP is managed by correctly allocating costs and invoicing work at the earliest opportunity whilst adhering to the Companys work instructions and procedures. Minimum requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification Valid SA Drivers Licence Experience in Customer Service. Experience in managing similar business activities. Experience in managing service staff. Proven Managerial skills. The ability to maintain good Customer relationships. Good planning and organizational skills. The ability to supervise the commercial functions of the division. Salary offer: R75K CTC
