Deputy Store Manager(A147798)

Responsibilities: This role will report to Store Manager and will assist the Store Manager to achieve: Store management: formulate and implement store operation strategies, including staffing, product management, customer service, store display, etc., to ensure operational efficiency and service quality, and ensure that customers receive a satisfactory service experience; Responsible for the store's business goal management, monitor and analyze operational data, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operational goals; Team management and training: Responsible for store team management and training, formulate and implement training plans, and improve the overall quality and service level of the team; Responsible for the full process management and quality management of store goods; Maintain good communication with the platform and headquarters, and cooperate with the implementation of store-related policies; Market research and analysis: conduct market research regularly, analyze competitors and market trends, and provide data support and decision-making basis for store construction and operation; collect and analyze customer feedback, put forward improvement suggestions, and enhance customer experience Requirements: Strong willingness to engage in retail, strong learning ability, good spirit of cooperation and ownership; First-line retail experience is preferred, and deep understanding of Xiaomi's products is preferred; Two years above of working experience in store management in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred; Bachelor degree or above，able to communicate fluently in English; Chinese is a plus.
