The position reports directly to the Communication Director and works with the Creative Director and the social media department. The overall objective and the main responsibilities of the position are to : Participate in the definition of the visual strategy for the brand together with the Creative Director and Communication Director providing suggestions in line with the objectives set by the General Management Implement and manage the visual strategy approved by the General Management Be in regular contact with the Commercial/Sales, Press, Artistic Direction, Heritage teams to feed on and off line communication and provide support for achieving visibility objectives Provide support to the Commercial Department to implement the trade marketing activations with the retail partners including in-store communication, store/pop up openings, events, product launch… Liaise with Commercial Department to ensure representation of all product categories, maintaining meticulous records of product availabilities, store buys and deliveries Survey and safeguard the balance of the brand's presence online in all its product categories (HC/PAP/Leather goods) Survey and Safeguard brand image (content, tone) across all platforms Discern approved copy for posts and other external communications Manage all talent sourcing and bookings: creative team, celebrity, model(s), photo/video crew, post production Talent sourcing (choice of service providers, budget negotiation, strategic expense allocation, etc.) Manage all aspects of production including post schedule, shoot budgets, image rights and expenditures Commission photo and video content during shows and shoots, manage visual editors to ensure tasks and projects are completed on schedule Manage talent sourcing and bookings: celebrity, model(s), photo/video crew, post production Create, propose and maintain, and implement brand Newsletter, Supply of website content to retail partners in connection with the Commercial/Sales and Marketing Departments, etc.) Be on the lookout for all communication opportunities Organize, document and maintain meticulous archives of the Brand visual assets (communications, posts, images, …) Liaise with Legal Department for usage rights to ensure compliant and best practices Provide reporting (visual KPIs) to the General Management and Executive Committee
