Practical Information: Location: Sèvres, France | Reports to: Team Lead SMB | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for France | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional French and English , written and verbal 1 Learn more: www.crayon.com/fr/ As our new Customer Software Advisor , you will have the chance to actively engage in sales activities within corporate (commercial) accounts. You will be driving cross-selling and up-selling activities with existing accounts , as well as new customer acquisition, in collaboration with our Key Account Managers. Other responsibilities will include Maintaining and developing customer installed base through order management , contract handling, licensing, vendor support, and promoting Crayon's strategic offerings including SAM and Cloud services Initiating and participating in sales initiatives such as outbound/inbound calls, networking, emailing, and lead cycle management, as well as quote creation Contributing to new customer acquisition by following up on opportunities and marketing campaigns , and addressing licensing queries as they come up Collaborating with Key Account Manager in day-to-day activities Your Competencies 2 years’ of B2B sales experience , focused on attracting new customers and cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers Previous experience with Microsoft software licensing Master’s degree from a business school or similar will be highly regarded About You You excel at communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders You are sales-oriented with a passion to deliver results You are a collaborative team player with excellent prioritization and organizational skills What’s on Offer?
