Job Description

Are you passionate about sales coordination? Do you want to make a difference in a dynamic, international company based in the heart of Paris? We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients. The main purpose of the Sales Coordinator is to provide support to the Sales Managers to meet the annual sales goals by processing quotes or sample request, qualify leads, verify new projects, communicating with customers, handling queries in a timely manner, and collaborating with the sources to find the best solutions for customers. Duties:  Coordinate between customers, sources, PMO and Customer Service on catalogue requests, samples, quotations, set out margins, technical drawings, artwork, logistics queries pre-production samples, approvals, and orders ensuring alignment with the Sales Manager's guidance to secure new business opportunities.  Ensure that sampling room is kept up to date and well organized.  Maintain the company’s document management system (SharePoint and CRM) with contacts, leads, opportunities, and new customers, and granting access to e-catalogue as necessary, ensuring access permissions are approved by the Sales Manager.  Create and send presentations and newsletters with product portfolio tailored to customers specific needs, with content and strategy approved by the Sales Manager.  Manage new business development by researching new trends on social media and reach out to the brands, rekindle cold customer communication, ensuring that any new outreach or communication strategies are approved.  Handle the necessary preparations linked to exhibitions, including the preparation all of the samples, display requirements, and coordinate with Marketing team regards showcasing of products.  Organize meetings, events, travel arrangements and team building activities.  General Office management duties including vetting of invoices, management of office supplies and consumables, maintenance of the premises and equipment, and any administrative duties related to facilities. Qualifications:  Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent.  Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination between customers and manufacturing plants.  Native or fluent in French, with a strong command of English.  Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Systems and BI Tools.
