Cost Accountant

A unique wine farm is seeking the assistance of a Cost Accountant. You will responsible for cost administration and managing all costing aspects of the business. If you are detailed individual who is passionate about costing and record keeping, please apply. Responsibilities: Maintain and manage Product costing and tools inventory reports, compare actual costs to estimates and identify any variances Prepare cost estimates and quotes for new products and customers Update BOMs when necessary Assist with stock counts Load cost estimates and quotes Assist with recons and schedules Produce accurate data for old and new product costings Manage inventory and products Provide audit information Requirements: Qualification: Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification in finance/costing Minimum of 3-4 years experience in costing and retail Previous experience with ERP systems, Sage X3 Previous experience with Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Afrikaans first language) Please note that if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks of your application, please consider it as unsuccessful for this particular role.
