Job Description

The successful candidate will be charged with creating and executing efficient strategies for handling sourcing, demand and supply, and inventory control. Responsibilities in this role will include overseeing sourcing, including purchasing packaging, raw materials, and finished goods both locally and through imports. The person in this role is responsible for demand and supply planning, achieving targets, and collaborating with production to maintain optimal stock levels. Additionally, they will manage imports, customs compliance, and third-party service providers' performance, while leading projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure financial targets are met. They are also responsible for people management, leading a high-performance team. The role requires a degree in Procurement, Finance, or Supply Chain, along with proficiency in SAP, Syspro, and advanced Excel skills. The candidate must have 10 years of experience in Procurement & Planning within a large company, including solid management experience.
