Become our Databricks Practice Manager YOUR ACTIVITIES Setting up a Databricks Practice by defining the annual development with the Partners strategy and federating the members of Data Reply around the ecosystem. Piloting the Databricks Practice by allocating the resources across projects, following up on their financial sustainability and deducing the training needs. Establishing our business roadmap by defining our audience, building our offer and establishing the objectives of our Databricks Partnership. Answering our customers' current needs by piloting the call for tenders, answering the RFPs, and supporting the Partners in the negotiation. Answering our customers' future needs by creating new Databricks offers, identifying use cases among our clients and showcasing our achievements. Increasing our brand awareness by identifying and participating in the most relevant corporate events in Paris and abroad. Defining the Databricks solutions by setting up their architecture, composing our team to develop them and ensuring their delivery. Ensuring the quality of the Databricks solutions by stepping in if required and ensuring alignment with customer's needs. WHAT WE OFFER Building a Databricks offe r and federating a Databricks community from scratch. A possible evolution towards a Business Unit Manager role to lead your own incubating business. International responsibilities , including delegating part of the development solutions to our international teams. International opportunities provided by our network of 240 companies. A direct contact with our clients using your solutions with the possibility of getting your hands on the code for strategic offers. YOUR PROFILE What we need: You have a master's degree in data or informatics from a University or an Engineering School in the European Union . You can pass an interview in French and English . You have the legal authorization to work in France . You have been architecting at least 3 Databricks Solutions. What will be differentiating: You're full of ideas for federating a Databricks community and have a clear business roadmap in mind. You can accurately translate a client's needs into a technical solution and pilot the delivery of several solutions simultaneously. You know the best architecting practices of solutions that include ML Flow, Unity catalogue, Data Warehouse , and Gen AI components. You have established a network of Databricks customers and can build long-term relationships with new ones.
