The Role As part of the Merrell French Marketing team, you will be an integral part the coordination and implementation of a broad range of marketing activities across the FR market with strong focus on Paris. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketeer to join our passionate and collaborative team and be a part of the growing success of a leading outdoor brand. Working alongside the Marketing Manager and wider Commercial team, you will be exposed to strategic GTM plans, co-manage PR agency relationships, and take ownership of marketing plans for Paris Key city project. We are looking for authenticity, confidence, energy, flexibility, team player and strong interpersonal skills with deep understanding of the Parisian youth culture. Responsibilities Support with implementation of Paris Key city strategy , in close collaboration with MM and activations across the channel mix for both trade and consumer audiences - retail, advertising, digital, social, PR, direct, etc.; Responsible for executing the Paris key city marketing calendar, measuring & monitoring the success of all activations in close collaboration with the agencie(s); Support EMEA lifestyle team to deploy strong activations with key strategic doors in Paris. Creating and implementing off-site community events to enhance local brand awareness ( both categories hike/TR with run clubs); Assist with the planning of ATL activities with media agency & EMEA team; Support brands FR PR agency to build a solid PR plan to grow the brands Paris presence/ for a national resonance; Offering education to key local retail staff in order to uphold and adhere to in-store brand marketing standards, as well as consistently offering product education; Maximize brands visibility retail with modern & innovative approach. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Previous experience in a similar role (3 years in a Marketing or PR role, agency role) Excellent communication skills with the ability to build solid internal and external relationships Commercial awareness Flexible attitude (with the ability to work weekends on an ad hoc basis) Detail orientated Desirable Footwear / fashion (lifestyle or sports) industry
