We are looking for an International HR Coordinator with an entrepreneurial approach and a strong customer focus and positive mindset. Ideal candidates have the ability to work in a fast moving environment ideally in the high tech industry. The position is based out of our office in Colombes, France. KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Recruiting: candidate sourcing, conduct effective prescreens and interviews, give valuable input into selecting the best candidate for hire Onboarding: Serve as the liaison for integrating new hires into the organization and their new position Communication: Support to the HR projects launch such as team building, performance management Administer HR policies and procedures Maintain compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations with support of local council, help on dealing with Work Council in France REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality with good communication skills (French and English) Self starter, flexible and good adaptation
