The ERP Leader will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing support of the company’s ERP systems (AX2012, Sage, SAP, …). Resource Management Project Management & Implementation Facilitate training and workshops to align the ERP community with business needs. Leverage ERP data to provide actionable insights for better decision-making. Design and manage a lean ERP support model for efficient incident resolution and system reliability. Vendor and Partner Management Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs to ensure high-quality delivery. SAP, , Microsoft Dynamics or AX , Sage X3) with functional knowledge of finance, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain. Demonstrated ability to operate in a lean team environment, balancing leadership with direct involvement in resolving issues and ensuring systems function smoothly. Exceptional project management skills, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels with a focus on pragmatic problem-solving.
