SAP Consultant (Remote)

Requirements - SAP CS Implementation and Support: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP CS modules including requirements analysis, system configuration, testing and go-live support. Collaborate with customers to identify and understand their customer service needs, providing expert advice on SAP CS features and best practices. Configure and customize SAP CS module to support business processes such as service order management, customer interaction, service contract management and warranty management. Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution), MM (Materials Management) and FI (Financial Accounting) to ensure complete solutions. Develop and deliver functional specifications, configuration documentation and training materials for end users. Lead workshops, training sessions and presentations to educate customers and internal teams on SAP CS processes and capabilities. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior consultants and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide post-implementation support including troubleshooting, problem solving and process optimization. Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery. Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or related field. Extensive experience in SAP CS module implementation and support, with a proven track record in a principal or senior consulting role. Thorough understanding of SAP CS functionality including service order processing, service contracts, customer interactions and warranty claims. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of SAP Fiori applications is an advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on delivering high quality results. Experience working in customer facing roles, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. SAP certification in CS or related modules is preferred.
