If you're ready to elevate your career, this is your chance to make an impact in a dynamic and rewarding environment Senior Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale, long-term engineering initiatives focused on optimizing mechanical systems and components Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions Design experiments, lead feasibility studies, and implement engineering solutions that enhance performance, efficiency and quality Work closely with engineers, technicians, and production teams to drive projects forward, share expertise and guide maintenance teams through complex challenges Develop and document SOPs for new solutions, ensuring consistency and reliability across operations Spearhead improvement projects to reduce scrap rates, increase throughput, and eliminate inefficiencies Senior Manufacturing Engineer Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, plus 6 years of experience tackling tough manufacturing challenges. Hands-on experience optimizing equipment, processes, and materials with advanced knowledge of thermoforming, injection molding, and other production techniques. Skilled in statistical and quality methodologies like SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and DOE. Expertise in technical plans, blueprints, and the practical application of engineering principles. Strong verbal and written skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse teams. Exceptional ability to juggle priorities and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
