Your Impact: As a member of our dynamic and diverse team of more than 50 professionals, you will be dedicated to driving data excellence across Rexel. Our mission is to empower the organization with high-quality data solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders, including business solution owners at the group level, to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data use cases. You will have the unique opportunity to work with teams across 21 different Rexel countries, tailoring data solutions to meet their specific requirements and challenges. Your collaboration will extend to the delivery team, where you will partner with technical leads, data engineers, scrum masters, and the TIBCO team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data products. Additionally, you will engage with the Service Management and Run teams to ensure that our data solutions are effectively maintained and continuously improved. Join us in our mission to leverage data as a strategic asset and drive Rexel's success in the market Your day to day : Define and prioritize the product backlog for data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and other product owners, to deliver high-quality data solutions. Develop a deep understanding of our data platform to guide product development. Utilize strong SQL skills to analyze data and provide insights that inform product decisions. Leverage data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to create impactful dashboards and reports for stakeholders. Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe, to manage product delivery and ensure timely releases. Foster strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with stakeholders and gather feedback effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence to drive continuous improvement. Your strenghts and skills : 5-8 years of experience in product ownership or management, specifically in data products or data platforms. Strong understanding of data warehousing, database, data visualization and analytics concepts. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI. Solid analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum and SAFe methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience in the retail sector is a plus. Proven track record of delivering BI, data product, or data platform projects.
