Maintenance Manager

They are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to ensure the seamless functioning of their facilities and equipment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Collaborate with production and quality teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Manage budgets, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory effectively. Analyze performance metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement. Stay updated on the latest technologies and maintenance best practices in the FMCG sector. Key Requirements: GCC Certificate is mandatory. A Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field). Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within the FMCG or manufacturing sector. Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse technical team. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Solid knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance processes in FMCG environments.
