Job Description

Description We are in the process of recruiting for a contract to permanent role for an Administrative Assistant for our client in Las Vegas, Nevada, and will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our commercial division through efficient management of administrative tasks. The job involves coordinating with other administrative staff, responding to client concerns, and managing communication channels. Responsibilities: - Facilitating effective communication within the department through handling of crucial emails and scheduling appointments - Actively collaborating with other administrative staff and managers to foster a cohesive and efficient work environment - Maintaining meticulous attention to detail while managing billing processes - Processing and managing sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality - Handling day-to-day administrative tasks while displaying outstanding organizational skills - Leveraging strong problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Utilizing proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook Calendar for administrative tasks - Managing document systems such as DocuSign - Ensuring accuracy in all work performed and maintaining high standards of professionalism - Handling front desk operations and phone systems efficiently. Requirements - Demonstrated experience in responding to inbound calls, showcasing excellent communication skills - Strong customer service background, with the ability to effectively address queries - Proficient in data entry, ensuring accuracy and meticulous attention - Experience in managing email correspondence in a detail-oriented manner - Ability to efficiently handle both inbound and outbound calls - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data analysis and reporting - Experience in using Microsoft Outlook for email management and scheduling - Skilled in creating and editing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint - Proficient in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing - Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
