MS Dynamics F&O Developer

Job Description Job Description Our company, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, operates within the Consultancy industry and is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics F& O Developer. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where the primary responsibility will be the development of ERP systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. • Work with team members to identify and solve ERP related issues. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Monitor customer accounts and ensure they are up-to-date. • Process customer credit applications efficiently. • Use your technical skills to resolve customer inquiries. • Work with the team to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the ERP system. • Ensure all customer credit records are accurate and up-to-date. • Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. • Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role • Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Proven track record with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent understanding of software development life cycle • Proficient in coding and developing customized modules • Ability to work in a team and independently • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
