Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Scheduler to join our team The Scheduler will coordinate new customer estimates and sales quotes as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Must be familiar with Pinellas County, specifically St Petersburg area. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls with compassion and sense of urgency Schedule Sales Reps for estimates Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion dates Confirm times and route planning Qualifications: Previous experience in dispatch or scheduling Strong project management skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in teams Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Company Description Staffing experts dedicated to finding you the job you have been looking for.
