Robert Half is looking for a IT INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATOR - ONSITE IN DES MOINES, IA for a permanent direct hire full time position for our client company. The position is ONSITE IN DES MOINES, IA . In this unique IT INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATOR - ONSITE IN DES MOINES, IA permanent position you will join a highly successful IT company and at smaller team of about 5. This is a thriving organization with a close knit team. You will be at the IT company client sites, servicing a handful of clients in the small to medium business sized space. You will have a dedicated client relationship and provide end-to-end IT infrastructure service, along with the assistance of your back office teams. You will feel a true sense or ownership and relationship building as you will be the primary contact for your dedicated client companies. You will NOT be micro-managed, but empowered to troubleshoot, fix and consult on solutions. Responsibilities will include managing and assisting with assisting your dedicated clients with all aspects of IT infrastructure support from desktop, network, systems and security. You will have a wide breadth of IT experience in these areas with a proven track record of trouble-shooting, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with your IT of experts for the more complex or specialized network and systems issues. Requirements: 7 years of IT Infrastructure experience in various roles including: desktop support analyst, system administrator, network administrator, security administrator and other. Technical skills will include: MS O365, desktop, hardware, software, Active Directory, user accounts, installing network hardware and software, setting up network external devices, trouble-shooting connectivity issues and other research and resolution. Our client cannot provide sponsorship and cannot hire C2C. • Proficiency in Firewall Technologies to ensure the security of IT infrastructure • Experience with Active Directory for managing networked resources • Familiarity with Backup Technologies to safeguard data and recover it in the event of loss • Knowledge of Computer Hardware to support and maintain the organization's IT equipment • Expertise in Configuration Management to maintain system security • Experience in Deployments to ensure the successful roll-out of new systems or updates • Ability to perform Basic Network Troubleshooting to quickly resolve any connectivity issues • Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Server for managing company email and calendar services
