Leadership Exp Spanish Req) Responsibilities • Manage distribution center operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control • Plan and prioritize daily activities to maximize operational output and efficiency • Implement strategies to reduce costs and meet service level metrics • Hire, train, and develop warehouse team members & regularly evaluate performance • Maintain customer relationships and promptly address concerns • Meet daily production and service level targets • Leverage the WMS system to drive operational efficiencies • Develop and monitor KPIs to drive process improvements • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations • Manage labor and resources to support business demands • Responsible for maintaining relationships with all outside vendors • Oversee facility maintenance, equipment, and safety programs Distribution Center Manager (5 Yrs.
