We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Hostess to join our team for the upcoming season. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism. The Restaurant Hostess will report directly to the Restaurant Manager. Key Responsibilities: Manage telephone reservations Welcome customers upon arrival Escort customers to their reserved tables Attend to guests’ needs (e.g., checkroom service, etc.) Assist with information requests Basic Computer-Literacy skills Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants Excellent communication skills Strong teamwork skills Determination to achieve goals Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to adapt to various situations Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations Additional Information: Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
