Reporting to the Human Resources Director, The Learning & Talent Specialist is responsible for designing and executing effective training programs mainly for sales teams using various training methods, like coaching, seminars and interactive activities. Will manage corporate and managerial training programs for our HQ as well. You also manage Talent Acquisition and Talent Management full cycle, ensuring the development of a proper talent pipeline and the creation of consistent pathways for our people. As a Maison ambassador you will actively contribute to building and keeping an emotional and engaging mindset across the Company and markets, leveraging all HR activations and projects. How will you make an impact? You will: Create and update contents on Vhernier Maison history, values, current collections and product novelty, materials, jewellery knowledge and selling ceremony with a strong interaction with HQ departments like product, marketing, Heritage, Client Experience, etc. Identify training managerial needs and propose ad hoc actions aligned with Maison organizational evolution. Deploy training content efficiently through various learning methods and tools: in class, digital modules, quizzes, short training videos, coaching program. Conduct high-impact sessions. Follow up participants training path by contributing to a training quarterly reporting. Assist HQ and markets in establishing yearly agendas according to specific and local needs both at technical and managerial level. Start to inject clienteling mindset into the selling ceremony closely working with the relevant interlocutors. Start installing a sales coaching and skill base mindset, always assessing Maison phase and maturity. Co-design and conduct an onboarding program for all new joiners (boutique, corporate, manufacturing). Lead the recruitment process and selection for all positions from job definition until offer proposal. Partner with HRD and HRBP to ensure we can develop talent pipeline strategies and build capacity to effectively recruit and screen candidates. Contribute to the strategy and implementation of the full development cycle (evaluation processes, IDPs meeting, organizational talent review processes, succession plans, etc.) in close collaboration with HRD and HRBP. Start defining an embryonal employer branding strategy aligned with Maison’s values and heritage. Help managers develop their team members by implementing relevant individual development plans and advising on learning tools and methodologies, such as HR initiatives as well. Provide required support to the conception and/or animation of key transversal projects in coordination with HRD and HRBP. Contribute to organizational assessment and development by leveraging on collected insights from learning/development activities, feedbacks, coaching, etc. Detect potential situations requiring actions and make the proper escalation to HRD/HRBP. How will you experience success with us? You will: Have previous experience in designing, planning and executing trainings (for office-based and boutique-based teams) & in talent acquisition. Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, competitors. Have a passion for luxury retail and jewellery ideally. Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team and cross department, solution-oriented approach, effective time management. Be able to travel frequently overseas. Demonstrate entrepreneurship spirit and strong ability to multi-task. Demonstrate an international and multicultural flair, with ability to adapt to different countries (in Europe and/or North America and/or Asia Pacific). Display strong communication skills, methodical and presentation skills, strong customer centricity / retail commerciality. Demonstrate a solid ability to effectively manage projects across different time zones, work environments and diverse populations. Have a strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and any L&D platform systems. Be fluent in English and Italian. What makes our group different?
