Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to manage client relationships and coordinate activities at the Port of Naples. About Us: Our company works with tour operators and organizes group travel to the stunning islands of the Gulf of Naples. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Coordinate and oversee activities related to group travel logistics at the Port of Naples. Collaborate with tour operators and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Address any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively in German. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in customer service or tourism is a plus. Contract : Signing of a full-time employment contract from April 2025 to October 2025.
