This Mid-Level profile provides Technical Product Support for TECH AIR family products, our wearable airbag, and will work within the Electronic Technical Department in conjunction with international, regional teams, Dealers, and salesforce. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES Deliver Product Training to the Dealer; Provide applications and product support to customers in a timely manner; Report to Product Development department to advance the resolution of issues promptly; Frequent travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting (60% travel time); Quick reaction time and provide immediate support to Dealer. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Technical degree (Preferably Engineering); Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience; Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels; Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and able to establish trust and reach alignment quickly; Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; Hands-on experience in Road/Off-road motorcycle racing; Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills; Strong analytical skills to advance product knowledge and good problem solving; Fluency in English (C1/C2 level), other languages are considered a plus; 5 years of professional experience in the Motorsports industry or similar field; Proven ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders at all levels of responsibility (dealer shop owners, etc.); Outstanding organizational and analytical skills. NOTE: The successful candidate has excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, with the ability to lead by influence. Displays a robust technical approach (oriented on technical details) and adept at communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
