Main Responsibilities: Achieve targets, analyze KPIs, and build a loyal customer base. Keep the store looking fresh with on-point visual merchandising and trend-forward layouts. Manage stock, orders, and ensure smooth daily operations while staying compliant with health & safety standards. Train, motivate, and empower your team to deliver standout service and represent the brand authentically. Build lasting relationships with customers and foster a sense of community in-store. Requirements: A true streetwear and sports culture enthusiast. 2-3 years of experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail. A natural leader who thrives on motivating teams and driving results. Sharp with KPIs, tech, and social media-savvy. Fluent in English. Exceptional communication and relationship skills.
