Retail Operation Specialist

The Fashion & Luxury division of Randstad Professional, specialized in the recruitment of Middle, Senior, and Top Management profiles, is looking for a Retail Specialist for leading companies in the Beauty & Cosmetics sector. The Retail Operations team is the first point of contact and link between HQ and the stores. Guarantee effective communications for coordination and management of operational activities. Stimulate commercial growth and ensure optimal service towards the frontline by coordinating and executing the exchange of relevant operational information. In particular, you will be focused on ensuring success in the key business moments of the year. Actively contribute to setting effective processes and following store procedures to ensure smooth operations. Collect, interpret, and analyze information regarding needs, bottlenecks, and developments in processes, tools, and systems. Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses (FOH and BIH KPIs) within the area of expertise/region. Gather information from multiple departments through different communication channels between HQ and local retail lines and vice versa. Contribute to or build business cases and create and design new concepts – for processes, tools, or systems – and ensure realization, in alignment and collaboration with Area Managers. Evaluate and benchmark current processes, tools, and systems and initiate and implement changes, standardization, automation, and/or improvements. Independently execute activities within a given scope, supported by the manager/senior colleagues. Provide input for unrequested advice to internal stakeholders (Area Managers and Store Managers) as a subject matter expert for an assigned area of expertise/region. In partnership with Area Managers, actively support, manage, and coordinate the new openings of stores following our ambitious expansion plan. Your Talent: Degree holder with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience within the luxury retail industry, preferably in beauty, jewelry, fashion, and accessories. Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills. Result-driven in handling tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player, internal and external service-oriented. Excellent communication skills both in Italian and English.
