Marni is looking for a Client Advisor to join its team at the Noventa Outlet. PROFILE Greeting customers; Be involved in stock control and management; Assisting customers to find what they are looking for; Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers; Being responsible for processing cash and card payments; Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; Dealing with customer refunds; Responsible for handling customer complaints; Working within established guidelines, particularly with the brand; Attaching tags to merchandise on the floor; Receiving and storing the delivery of stock; Keeping up to date with special promotions and putting up displays. JOB REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Associate in the Luxury/Fashion industry is a plus; Selling experience in RTW and accessories; Having a friendly and engaging personality; Comfortable working with members of the public; Should have a confident manner and be result-oriented; Must be helpful and polite with a positive attitude and reliable behavior; Able to work as part of a boutique’s team; J-18808-Ljbffr
