Team Leader Sales Service As we continue to grow across Europe, Antech Diagnostics Italia is looking for a Team Leader to manage our customer-focused team, based in Treviglio. Antech Diagnostics Italia offers a complete range of products and services for the veterinary diagnostics industry, ensuring high-quality care for pets. Through partnerships with global leaders, we provide veterinarians with the most innovative technologies in laboratory imaging and analysis. Main responsibilities: Manage a team of 4, working closely with the relevant departments to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures. Handle any escalated queries and emerging needs that may arise from customers. Day-to-day line management of the team including delegation of tasks, organizing work, training, and supporting individual team development. Ensure customer satisfaction through proper management and enhancement of resources, allowing quick and effective resolutions. Focus on continuous improvement across service and efficiency. Provide accurate reporting to management. Skills required: Proven experience in a similar role, managing a Customer Service and/or sales team. Strong collaboration skills, whilst also able to work well independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Organized approach to work, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize your workload effectively. Analytical skills and confident with reporting on KPIs. Good knowledge of the English language.
