As F&B Purchasing Manager, you are passionate about developing and executing the purchasing strategy to support our F&B product lines. Your mission? Maintain cost efficiency while upholding our commitment to excellence in the Hospitality Industry. Your responsibilities include: Expertly developing strategic procurement plans for Food & Beverage. Exhibiting impeccable knowledge of the supplier landscape, identifying and establishing long-term partnerships to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products. Mastering the art of negotiation to arrange great contracts with suppliers. Evaluating suppliers' performance and adherence to quality standards. Analyzing the market to make informed purchasing decisions. Monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock management, and minimizing excess inventory. Staying updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to the F&B category. Exceed expectations by revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Previous experience as F&B Manager and/or Procurement Manager is a plus. Strong knowledge of the Italian F&B industry. 4 years of high-level procurement experience. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
