No Offer Description The work falls within the PERA "Advancing the ERA of Plant Protection Products towards a system-based approach" project, founded by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). The goal of research activities is to advance the characterization of the environmental exposure by investigating the effect of pesticide application equipment and strategies. In particular, the activities will focus on: Gathering and collating data aiming at describing the exposure in the environment for the different types of application techniques, including innovative ones (e.g., unmanned aerial spray systems or drones), and agricultural practices. Developing protocols for field experimental studies aimed at measuring spray drift and non-target crop interception. Carrying out field and lab trials. Analyzing raw data collected.
