About Inspire Brands: Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION : To contribute to Inspire Brands success by directing and leading licensees annual regional sales, profitability, and quality scores. Furthermore, maximizing equity of the brands in his or her territory while strategically guiding business plan objectives of franchisees or licensees through providing brand generalist support and consultation along with the field team. RESPONSIBILITIES: To protect our interests in the licensees to provide strategic direction To build and develop relationship with key stakeholders to meet sales and profit objectives and achieve successful business results Through the field team, provide consultative support and oversight to partners in the areas of marketing, business development, supply chain, finance, learning, human resources, development including but not limited to market mapping, facility transformation, store openings and store operations Monitor and analyze regional and key country performance data to determine opportunities for growth of business and to provide direction on investment returns, operating efficiency, and improved customer service Develop relationships with key decision-makers of existing partners to facilitate increased regional sales, growth, and profitability Evaluate partners' strategic long-term objectives and provide guidance on the way forward. Understand and differentiate growth levers for the brands and recommend the deployment of specified levers to drive growth strategically Develop New business development opportunities to accelerate growth Develop annual operating plan and budget in line with our bigger strategic objectives, prepare monthly/quarterly forecast updates. Review and summarize business data for senior management Plan and manage business unit processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives Prepare, communicate, and educate client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within Inspire Brands EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education or similar experience EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION : 10 to 15 years of extensive and formal QSR, Fast - Casual, Casual dining, food service business development and management experience Good working knowledge of financial management 5 years' experience working in India REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES : Excellent problem-solving mediation and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial approach towards new initiatives and business development Excels in relationship and stakeholder management Experienced with managing a matrix organization Ability to select, engage, manage, and develop a best-in-class team Knowledge and sensitivity to cultural differences within assigned region Knowledge of languages in assigned region is a plus
