Inventory management of telecom equipment. Telecom equipment deployment. Responding to and resolving daily tickets/tasks. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Enrollment as a student at Villanova University with 1 year of previous relevant experience or relevant coursework. Basic understanding of computer networks and telecommunications. Willingness to complete necessary training and certifications. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
