The role We are looking for a Business Partner to lead our initiatives within the B2G sector. In this role, you will drive strategic business development, expanding our presence and impact in the public sector. As the world evolves through digital transformation, AI, and skill development, you will help public sector organizations navigate these challenges. By delivering tailored learning solutions, you will foster growth, upskilling, and digital transformation in public administration. Responsibilities Drive business development within the B2G sector, identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand Talent Garden’s presence, reporting directly to senior leadership. Monitor public tenders, funding opportunities, and regulatory frameworks to identify relevant proposals, grants, and funding mechanisms, and lead the evaluation of tender documentation. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in public administration, positioning Talent Garden as a trusted partner with its unique value proposition. Plan and lead end-to-end sales initiatives, from prospecting to closing negotiations, ensuring alignment with client needs and Talent Garden’s business objectives. Collaborate with other teams to define and shape tailored learning and development solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. Represent Talent Garden as a thought leader in the B2G space, staying informed on policy changes, technological advancements, and industry trends. About you Ideally, you bring at least 5 years of solid experience in Business Development and Account Management within the B2G sector, with a deep understanding of the public landscape and a proven track record of building relationships and delivering high-quality services. You are: Equipped with a solid background in consulting or startups and passionate about education, innovation, digital transformation, and technology. A strategic, results-driven professional, skilled in identifying new business opportunities and executing sales initiatives to drive growth. Skilled in managing internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution through effective communication. Experienced in navigating complex public tenders, funding opportunities, and regulatory frameworks, with the ability to lead competitive bid evaluations. Capable of fostering strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in public administration, positioning yourself as a valued partner and advisor. Highly analytical, with a strong ability to leverage data for informed decision-making that drives business performance. Fluent in Italian (native level) and proficient in English (full professional level, spoken and written). Based anywhere with flexibility, with the hiring location being either Rome or Milan, and regular travel to either location required for business and team collaboration.
