Real Estate Intern

The purpose of the role is to support an efficient management of the Company's Real Estate assets regarding Direct and Franchising stores network. In particular: Support the identification of promising new locations and assist the Real Estate Manager in driving the negotiating process and acquisition. Monitor the real estate portfolio, support lease processes, (re)negotiate leases, manage contracts (including legal topics), and ensure all contract data and documents are up to date. Constantly monitor maps and demographic territories looking out for prime locations, either to open new stores or to relocate existing ones. Assist the Manager in analyzing complex issues and leverage all available information to drive responsible decision-making. Once a location is greenlighted, support the development and execution of the business plan, collecting all necessary information/documents and monitoring the budget. This involves working closely with colleagues from Retail Design & Construction, Legal, Retail Control, and the Franchising department. Analyze store performance, proactively share benchmark information, and offer valuable considerations and concrete recommendations to the Real Estate Manager and the rest of the team. Profile: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Real Estate. Inclination towards back office roles in sales or the real estate department. Strong communication skills in both Italian and English (written and spoken). Positive teamwork and collaborative attitude. A digital mindset with a strong affinity for data, systems (databases), and good Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills. Positive attitude in dealing with administrative tasks, including contract management, planning, and managing database systems. Available to travel abroad. J-18808-Ljbffr
