Recruitment Associate, Amazon Stores Talent Acquisition Sector: Distribution and Warehouse, Legal, Recruitment Role: Associate Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time DESCRIPTION At Amazon every day is day one. We are looking to hire a talented and committed Recruitment Associate to be part of the Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team, playing a critical role in delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements and contributing to the growth of the company. Key job responsibilities: Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and manage customer/partner expectations. Manage the posting of new open positions to create a pipeline of potential prospects. Sift profiles for roles assigned, monitor applications, and progress candidates aligned with the basic qualifications. Check and assess job requirements for both internal and external candidates. Check candidate assessment and test results. Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, onboarding, and position closing. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B1 level in either Italian, French, or German. Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment. Relevant experience in an Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results. Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting. Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
