No Offer Description Over the next 20 years, global investment in infrastructure is estimated to reach 3.5% of the world GDP. Infrastructures shape our societies and economies, influencing the environment, equity, and inclusion for decades. In the planning and delivery of infrastructure projects, iron triangle criteria (i.e. cost, time and quality), are essential for internal stakeholders (e.g. owner, sponsors), but they mostly ignore external stakeholders (e.g. local communities, end users). However, recent literature demonstrates that in the medium-long term, infrastructure cost and benefits are far more important for external stakeholders. This research aims at investigating new project governance models and delivery strategies that tackle the medium-long term benefits of infrastructure provision. The research will adopt a mixed method approach investigating investments in aerospace and energy, in line with the strategic priorities of the PNR and PNRR. J-18808-Ljbffr
