Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Consultant Location: Milan, Italy - Remote Job Type: Permanent Note: No Sponsorship Available Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Customization: Design and implement tailored D365 solutions. Customize workflows, plugins, and user interfaces to meet business requirements. Integration: Collaborate on integrations with third-party applications. Act as a bridge between clients, support teams, and business partners to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business and technical environments, designing and delivering suitable solutions. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and oversee effective resolution of client issues. Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and implement solutions to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Project Delivery: Work on diverse CRM/XRM versions, delivering projects on-premises, in the cloud, and involving upgrades or migrations. Support the team in defining technical, operational, and user requirements. Team Support: Track Key Performance Areas (KPAs) or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of team members. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Technical Dynamics CRM Consultant . Proven expertise in delivering customized solutions in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in building workflows, plugins, and UI customizations. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory). Certifications: D365 Certification is highly advantageous. Why Join Us?
