Client Care Specialist & Case Manager

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, will be highly detail oriented and have an ability to take initiative, prioritize daily tasks, and have high follow through. A strong ability to take charge to drive the underwriting process and be a liason to clients and insurance carriers. Would need experience navigating a case load from 100-200 cases. Responsibilities Updating/maintaining client database Prepare and communicate with clients all underwriting correspondence Follow process to insurance policies. Assist customers with policy and premium information Qualifications Equivalent experience. Medical or insurance experience a plus but not required. Understanding of underwriting is ideal but not required. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills Detail focused and self directing Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SalesForce experience a plus, HubSpot experience a plus. Growth minded with the intent to expand in this roll Able to navigate high email volume. Experience managing a pipeline is a plus.
