Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Med-Surg Adult Job Duration: Shift: Full Time, All Shifts Available Guaranteed Hours: Experience: - Preferred experience in Med-Surgical Nursing - Pediatric Nursing experience preferred License: Montana RN Licensure Certifications: - BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire Must-Have: - RN nursing degree Job Description: - Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. - Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. - Interact effectively with patients and significant others while maintaining the standard of professional nursing. - Provide care for pediatric and adult patients before and after surgical procedures, and with a broad range of medical conditions. - Provide direction to LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping staff, and dietary staff. - Receive direction from healthcare providers, the Acute Care Director, Charge Nurse, and CNO. - Utilize basic nursing principles and procedures. - Demonstrate basic office skills and IV skills.
