As a LIMS LabWare Implementer , you will focus on troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing the LIMS system to ensure smooth laboratory operations, data integrity and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities: Provide both technical and functional support for the LabWare LIMS system, including troubleshooting and user assistance. Manage and execute system improvements, updates, and configurations to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with laboratory and IT teams to identify needs and optimize LIMS usage. Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and user guides. Train end-users and offer guidance on best practices for system use. Perform software validation testing to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in LIMS usage. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related fields. At least one year of previous experience in LIMS technical support, preferably with LabWare . Strong knowledge of databases. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills for interacting with both users and technical teams. Minimum English level C1 . Possibility of working in a 100% on-site position in Madrid. Why Join Us?
