Job Description

Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Junior IT/OT Cybersecurity Analyst that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies. As a Junior IT/OT Cybersecurity Analyst you will be part of our dynamic cybersecurity team. Your primary role will be to support the operational aspects of our cybersecurity systems and contribute to our ongoing efforts to maintain a secure digital environment. Responsabilities: Assist in the operational part of ticketing, including incidents, security incidents, and problem tickets. Support in assuring the completeness of tickets being handled, ensuring all relevant events are documented. Aid in timely documentation and compliance to SLAs. Contribute to maintaining the content of tickets to support potential future investigations. Assist in the maintenance of OT cybersecurity systems. Execute predefined tasks to support OT cybersecurity topics under the guidance of senior team members. Participate in security incident handling. Assist in vulnerability management. Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of OT cybersecurity.
