Context of the Position: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager in our Operations Department. This is a high-impact role that involves lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Your Responsibilities: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for: Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes ️‍♂️ What We're Looking For: Experience: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field MBA preferred. Experience from Project and process management 3 years minimum. Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable. Languages: Fluent in English (Interviews will be conducted in English). Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for liaising with stakeholders at all levels. Technical Skills: Project methodologies. Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software. Interpersonal Skills: Capability to handle customer dialogs. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to mentor and coaching. Able to reflect and refine Our Recruitment Process: 30 minutes interview with our Talent Aquisition. Meeting with Line Manager 1 and 2.
