Your Responsibilities: Lead and centralize any regulations, and industry standards, and develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures. Overseen the regular compliance audits and assessments, and taking corrective actions as needed. Centralize any compliance-related matters, coordinating with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Develop and implement a cybersecurity awareness program, including creating and distributing security awareness materials (e.g., newsletters, posters, online training), and organizing security training sessions and workshops. Educate employees on security best practices and policies, and promote a culture of security within the organization. Conduct regular security training and awareness campaigns, including phishing simulation exercises, and measure the effectiveness of these efforts. Monitor employee compliance with security training requirements and provide reports on security awareness activities and program effectiveness. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations, and prepare and submit compliance reports. Maintain compliance documentation and records. Have some knowledge or interest on how Data Loss Prevention need to be implemented and managed in a company. ️♂️ What We're Looking For: Experience: Experience handling audits, reports and compliance procedures. Proven experience conducting compliance audits and assessments. Experience with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Managing and delivering cybersecurity awareness programs. Preparing and submitting compliance reports. Experience in conducting security training, including phishing simulations. Work or been involved with DLP solutions and concerns Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, especially in educating and guiding employees on security best practices. Ability to collaborate with various teams and external auditors. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain compliance documentation and records. Analytical mindset, capable of identifying compliance breaches and suggesting improvements. Strong organizational skills, especially when conducting regular audits, assessments, and training. Ability to influence and promote a culture of security within the organization.
